Violations of this Terms Of Service will waive your rights under the refund policy.

1. Use of the TheOnionHost service to transmit any material (by uploading, emailing, posting or otherwise) that threatens to harm someone is strictly prohibited.
2. Any kind of fallacious Sites including but not limited to phishing sites, malicious sites, carding sites illegal drugs store are strictly prohibited.
3. On purpose distributions of software that tries to and/or causes harassment, damage data, and/or computer systems are prohibited. Such a violation will result in the immediate suspension of the offending account.
4. Any site found pornography or linking to pornography will be suspended immediately without notice.
5. DDoS attacks or Hacking Activities are strictly prohibited.
6. Backup your data regularly we will not be held responsible for any data loss.

Shared Hosting

Strictly Prohibited Content

1. Criminal or fraudulent activity like porn, phishing, hacking, etc.
2. Hosting audio/video files( linking is allowed).
3. Video sharing sites like Phpmotion or Mediashare are not allowed on shared hosting but can be hosted on VPS or a Dedicated server.
4. Running game server.
5. Proxy Scripts
6. IRC Scripts/Bots
7. Bruteforce Scripts
8. Mail spam Scripts
9. Mirror Scripts
10. If your site is related to file downloading for visitors, Selling Ebooks/Audio books, PDF etc. Those Files cannot be hosted on shared server, You should have to look into DMCA Ignored VPS or dedicated Server.

Resource Usage Violation

1. Using 25% or more of the shared server resources for more than 90 sec will result in suspension of your account.

VPS Hosting

Strictly Prohibited Content

Resource Usage Violation

1. Using 90% or more of the VPS resources for more than 90 sec will result in suspension of your account.

REVISIONS to Terms Of Service

TheOnionHost reserves the right to revise or amend TOS (Terms of Service) and our policies and agreements at any time. Notice of any revision and amendment will be posted in accordance with our TOS (Terms of Service). Violation of above-stated policy by anyone may result in ending your services without any prior notice.
